We've repurposed this beautiful antique drawer & filled it with Quaker Lace Bobbins, Quills & a flying shuttle.
The drawer has been left a good width so you can use the top for displaying items on as shown.
It has dovetailed joinery & we’ve popped an antique singer drawer handle on the front.
The wound Quaker lace bobbins have either a cotton or linen thread on them.
The flying shuttle is from one of the last European mills.
They spools are in mixed tones of - Black, Moss, White, Cream, Dark Ink, Rust & Fawn.
All the spools have been attached to the box so it can sit on a shelf or wall - as pictured.
With select pieces on the top it really adds that extra bit of wow factor.
This is certainly a special decorative item for the discerning creative or lifestyle store.
To make this up yourself would be substantially more so this is excellent value as a one off piece.
